Message from our President - Re. COVID

On the Pond is committed to making this a safe and fun 2021 experience for everyone. To that end in the reopening of the Province under Stage 3 a new “Operating for Stage 3 COVID-19 Exposure Control Plan” has been developed in conjunction with Public Health Ontario that will be strictly enforced to keep our participants, visitors, and staff safe. The basis for our new operating plan is permitted by the Ontario Government under its Stage 3 reopening framework. The plan will be provided to all participants, family members and staff, to review and acknowledge prior to attending the annual North American Cup.

In order to make the 2020 North American Cup successful, we will be following the general guidelines developed under “Operating for Stage 3 COVID-19 Exposure Control Plan”. This includes OTP Rules and Regulations plus General Health tips. All COVID19 information will be provide on our website –www.onthepondcanada.com.

We look forward to seeing everyone back on the ice, granted under different circumstances than we are all used to, but understanding that we will all need to do our part to get through these times together and keep our community healthy and strong.

Stay safe and see you all in February!
